Who I Am
I’m Bishal Pandey — a passionate civil sub-engineer based in Bharatpur, Nepal, currently studying Civil Engineering. I have practical experience in structural design, building layout, quantity estimation, and construction supervision, and I am committed to delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
I combine academic learning with real-world site experience, working on projects ranging from residential homes to community infrastructure. I am building my expertise in modern engineering software and earthquake-resistant design as I work toward completing my degree.

Selected Work
Complete architectural and structural layout for a 4-story residential building in Gaindakot, including floor plans, cross-sections, and elevation drawings optimized for seismic zone V.
Conducted comprehensive land survey for a 12-ropani plot in Bharatpur using total station. Delivered contour maps, boundary demarcation, and site analysis suitable for subdivision planning.
Prepared detailed quantity estimation and BOQ for a 6-story commercial complex in Bharatpur, covering civil, electrical, and plumbing works with a total project value of NPR 85 million.
Structural analysis and design of a 30m span RCC T-beam bridge for a rural municipality road. Included load calculations, reinforcement detailing, and foundation design for alluvial soil conditions.
Conducted vulnerability assessment of a pre-2015 school building in Sindhupalchok. Designed jacketing and strengthening solutions following NBC 105:2020 guidelines.
Designed a gravity-fed water supply system for a hillside community of 200 households, including intake, transmission lines, reservoir, and distribution network with hydraulic analysis.
